No 1 Courier ("we," "us," or "our") provides same-day delivery and logistics services. By requesting a quote, booking a delivery, or communicating with us (including via SMS), you agree to the following Terms and Conditions.

1. Service Overview

No 1 Courier offers on-demand delivery, scheduled routes, and freight services. Service availability depends on location, timing, and driver availability.

2. Quotes & Pricing

All pricing is based on the details provided at the time of request.

  • Quotes may change if shipment details (size, weight, locations, timing) are inaccurate or updated.
  • Additional fees may apply for wait time, oversized items, special handling, after-hours service, or route changes.
  • Quotes are non-binding until confirmed and scheduled.

3. Booking & Confirmation

A delivery is only confirmed once:

  • The customer approves the quote (via SMS, phone, or email), and
  • No 1 Courier confirms driver dispatch.

We reserve the right to decline or cancel any request due to safety, incomplete information, or operational limitations.

4. Delivery Terms

  • Customers must provide accurate pickup and delivery details.
  • A contact must be available at both locations unless otherwise arranged.
  • Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by traffic, weather, or other external factors.

No 1 Courier is not liable for delays outside of our control.

5. SMS / MMS Communications (A2P Compliance)

By providing your phone number and requesting a quote or service, you consent to receive SMS/MMS messages from No 1 Courier, including:

  • Delivery quotes
  • Booking confirmations
  • Driver status updates
  • Follow-up messages regarding your request

We do not sell or share your phone number with third parties for marketing purposes.

6. Payments

  • Payment terms vary based on customer type and service.
  • Some deliveries may require upfront payment.
  • Outstanding balances may result in service suspension.

7. Liability

We handle all shipments with reasonable care. However:

  • Customers are responsible for proper packaging.
  • We are not liable for damage to improperly packaged items.
  • Restricted or fragile items must be disclosed in advance.
  • Liability for loss or damage may be limited to the declared value of the shipment.

8. Prohibited Shipments

Customers may not ship illegal, hazardous, or restricted materials. We reserve the right to refuse any shipment that violates laws or safety standards.

9. Cancellations

  • Orders canceled before dispatch: no charge
  • Orders canceled after dispatch: cancellation fee may apply

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Updates will be posted with a revised effective date.
